Refund & Cancellation Policy
CVKing is a digital SaaS product. This policy explains your rights and options when it comes to refunds and subscription cancellations.

1. Digital Service Nature
All products and plans offered by CVKing — including the Free plan, Premium Templates (one-time), AI Pro (monthly), AI Pro Plus (quarterly), and AI Ultimate (yearly) — are digital services delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
Access to paid features is granted immediately after a successful transaction. Because of this instant delivery, we operate a time-limited refund policy rather than a blanket no-refund policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- The plan's AI credits / export quota have not been substantially used (less than 20% consumption)
- This is your first refund request — repeat refund requests are not eligible
- Your account is not under investigation for Terms of Service violations
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at CVKing's sole discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
- The plan has been used substantially (AI suggestions generated, exports downloaded, templates accessed)
- Refund requested after the plan has auto-renewed for a second billing cycle (only the current cycle within the 7-day window is eligible)
- Premium Templates one-time purchase after templates have been accessed
- Account suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violation
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — AI suggestions are illustrative and results may vary
- Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals but does not terminate your current paid access mid-cycle — you retain access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period.
How to cancel: Email support@cvking.app with “Cancellation Request” as the subject line, from your registered email address. Include your plan name and the date of your last payment for faster processing.
We aim to confirm all cancellation requests within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team:
- Email: support@cvking.app
- Subject line: “Refund Request — [your registered email]”
- Include: Your registered email address, the plan purchased, the date of purchase, and the Razorpay transaction/order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
Providing complete information speeds up processing. Incomplete requests may be delayed.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- We will initiate the refund via Razorpay within 3–5 business days of approval
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking) within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). CVKing is not responsible for any currency conversion differences charged by your bank.
7. Disputes and Payment Chargebacks
If you believe a charge on your account is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us at support@cvking.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can typically resolve billing disputes faster and with less friction through direct communication.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
